Delivered close to your property
Access and unloading
We deliver as close to your property as the access route and agreed unloading area allow.
Check the road width, overhead clearance, turning space and load-bearing capacity before delivery. Depending on the delivery method, the vehicle may be up to 25 m long, 2.75 m wide and 4.5 m high.
For delivery by tail lift and pallet truck, the surface must be hard, level and even along the entire route the pallet truck will take. Loose gravel, uneven ground or a steep slope can make unloading difficult. Contact us if you are unsure about the surface so we can review the conditions together.
The driver places the goods at the agreed unloading point. You arrange any permissions and additional unloading help needed on site.
Thoughtful delivery planning
We work with selected transport partners and plan deliveries efficiently to make practical use of each journey.
